I had an interesting experience at this campground. The deluxe pull-thru site I stayed at was spacious and well-equipped with the essentials. However, the presence of a train track nearby was quite distracting at night. The overall atmosphere was somewhat mixed, with friendly ownership intent on improvements, but also signs of neglect that I noticed during my stay.

The campground is conveniently located close to Dunn, making it a decent stop for my travels. The RV site was long and level, with nice amenities like Wi-Fi and cable, but I had some concerns about the overall appearance and condition of the area. While the owners are making improvements, there were some challenges such as noise from the train and cleanliness issues that need addressing.

My stay at this RV park was quite an experience. While I appreciated the improvements like the deluxe pull-thru sites and the convenience of the dog park, there were also significant issues like noisy trains and maintenance concerns. It seems to be a work in progress, but I ended up feeling uncomfortable due to some aspects of the park's condition and service.

I had a mixed experience at this campground. While the upgraded RV site was spacious and included nice amenities like high-speed internet, the presence of a train nearby did disrupt my peace. The upkeep of the facilities was commendable, but a few issues marred my stay, including the overall sketchy vibe and outdated bathroom facilities. Overall, it has potential but improvements are definitely needed.
